Summer reading! One of the best things about summer!📚💛Check it out.
“Your fate is not yet sealed. Even in the darkest night, a star will shine, a bell will chime, a path will be revealed.” Echo
Echo is set during the difficult time surrounding WWII. There are three short stories in this book that allow us to see into the lives of three characters and their families. Each family must face challenges brought on by the culture and time in which they live. While each family is very different, they all share a love for music and a special harmonica. This harmonica travels a great distance, and as the reader we do too. You will be amazed to see how all three families become connected by their love of music and the light that it shines in their lives even when things seem the darkest.
I hope you will put this book on your summer reading list if you haven’t already. It has it all: suspense, intrigue, mystery, adventure, and hope. You can even get this one on CD from the Greene County library.
